This is an exploration, not one product: peptide research, a personal health data vault, and genetic testing, pursued together and built in conjunction with Dr. Matt Zanis, PT, DPT and his company Rooted in MVMNT, a concierge performance physio practice for founders, operators and athletes.

Rooted in MVMNT is the contract this work runs under: a consulting agreement under which Jesse handles business planning, contract negotiation, business and startup structure, and the individual projects that follow, including both apps below. The agreement has its own page in this room.
Health Vault
Health Vault is a personal health data vault: bloodwork, imaging, genetics, training and protocols in one private, member owned surface. A member can upload a raw genome, then compare it against their own supplement protocol and against another profile they choose to link, side by side. No personal reading or genome result appears in this room; the vault's own page describes the method only.
GroundTruth
GroundTruth is an independent peptide research app that grades the human evidence and the safety of each compound separately, with no store and no sponsor. Its own page here also covers a separate clinic model concept: a physician directed, compliance first peptide care model, timed to a 2026 change in the federal compounding rules.
The test cohort
The work is tested with a cohort of elite and tactical athletes through Rooted in MVMNT. No athlete, team, unit or sport is named anywhere in this room.
